No repair work is commenced without explicit customer confirmation of the price quote and scope of repair. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after diagnostics, you owe zero service charges.
Devices subject to severe liquid intrusion, bent chassis, or prior uncompleted third-party soldering may possess hidden internal defects. While our technicians take great care during micro-soldering and ultrasonic cleaning, recovery depends on the extent of underlying motherboard corrosion.
